A new incident in Kharkiv region saw a Russian drone strike a police service vehicle on June 7, killing an explosive ordnance disposal technician and injuring three other officers and one civilian. The police were responding to an unexploded drone near Chystovodivka in Izium district. This occurred amidst ongoing Russian attacks across several Ukrainian regions. Regarding the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, a drone strike on June 7 partially damaged a container reception building at the Central Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage facility. Authorities confirmed that spent nuclear fuel was not stored in the damaged structure, and radiation levels remained normal. Attacks also continued in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Chernihiv regions, resulting in further casualties and infrastructure damage.
