Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to the United Kingdom for bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Keir Starmer and a meeting in the "E3 plus Ukraine" format, including French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
