Zelenskyy pushes for European role in ceasefire talks and military funding

Separately, Zelenskyy discussed with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer the complex issue of utilizing funds from the sale of Roman Abramovich's Chelsea Football Club to enhance Ukraine's air defense capabilities.
