Zelenskyy discusses Chelsea funds, peace conditions with European leaders, reaffirms strikes on Russia

Concurrently, a joint statement from Ukraine and E3 leaders (UK, France, Germany) condemned the "Oreshnik" system and outlined five conditions for a lasting peace, underscoring Europe's role in the settlement. President Zelenskyy also reiterated Ukraine's resolve to strike targets within Russian territory, stating, "This is a response and a signal that we will not die in silence."
