Zelenskyy acknowledged the complexity of the issue, noting ongoing diplomatic discussions. Concurrently, a joint statement from Ukraine and E3 leaders (UK, France, Germany) condemned the "Oreshnik" system and outlined five conditions for a lasting peace, underscoring Europe's role. President Zelenskyy also reaffirmed Ukraine's commitment to striking targets within Russian territory, stating, "This is a response and a signal that we will not die in silence."
