Ukrainian forces strike Russian targets as Russia launches drone attack

Ukrainian forces conducted several strikes against Russian targets on June 8 and 9. In the Belgorod region, ammunition depots and command posts were reportedly hit. Separately, the "Grushova" oil terminal in Novorossiysk, part of the "Sheskharis" complex, was targeted by drone operators on the night of June 8, causing a fire. On the night of June 9, Ukrainian drones also struck eight to nine electrical substations, two radar stations, a command post, gas infrastructure, and fuel tanks in occupied Donetsk and Luhansk. Meanwhile, Russia launched 155 attack drones at Ukraine on the night of June 8. Ukrainian air defenses neutralized 124 of these, with approximately 20 impacting 17 locations across northern, southern, and eastern regions.
