Russian strikes kill one in Sumy, injure others in Odesa and Kherson

A Russian drone attack in Konotop, Sumy region, on June 8 resulted in one fatality, an elderly woman, and three injuries requiring intensive care. Separately, strikes in Odesa wounded two or three individuals who were reportedly waiting for transport.

On June 7, in the Sumy region's Hlukhiv community, Russian forces reportedly targeted a fire truck and shelled a fire station while emergency services were at an impact site. Kherson's Central District experienced drone attacks, leaving two people injured, including a 27-year-old man whose car was struck. Additionally, explosions were reported in Russian-occupied Crimea, with suspected fires at oil depots near Kerch and Feodosia. Russia's Ministry of Defense stated it intercepted drones over the peninsula.
